Roasted Duck Breast
Succulent Roasted Duck Breast topped with a Datil Pepper guava glaze, rosemary roast potato and asparagus.

Fresh Atlantic salmon topped with candied maple pecans, white wine and mushroom risotto, zucchini and squash.
Grilled Filet Mignon
Grilled 8 oz. filet topped with cabernet Demi-glace and melted Boursin cheese, garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed spinach and red onion.
Crab and Grouper Pasta
Seared Grouper filet with portabella mushrooms over squid ink pasta tossed with a blue crab and lemon buerre blanc.
